Vicious Biker Shootout Kills Nine
In Texas when they get busy, they get busy and not just with their fists. All the reports coming out of Waco confirm a slaughter. The details are still leaking out, but the Bandidos and Cossacks go hard. The mainstream media is reporting that its a turf dispute because both clubs call Texas home but they are also saying that most of the bikers came from outside the Waco area. The Twin Peaks restaurant became a killing field though and members from both groups probably wish that cooler heads prevailed because 170 bikers are behind bars, nine are dead and bail is set a $1 million per person. Pretty steep but the authorities are determined to figure out who did what so that they can charge someone if not all of them with participating in the deadly melee. There is surely more to come from this story and the mainstream media will be eating it up as the scene in Texas is more like a Hollywood blockbuster crime movie than real life. But none of these bikers will be riding off into the Los Angeles sunset, because this is real and now they have to face the consequences of their actions. Criminals are supposed to keep what they do out of the publics eye but this event has a nation on edge and don’t be surprised if outlaw biker clubs become public enemy number one. Because this isn’t another episode of Sons of Anarchy this is real life drama, but as it goes sometimes life imitates art and vice versa.
